All content on the Site and the Application (texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, software, databases, etc.) is protected by copyright, trademark law, and database rights, in accordance with the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code.

The "KommIA" trademark, the KommIA logo, and all distinctive signs present on the Site and the Application are the exclusive property of KommIA SAS. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation, or exploitation of all or part of these elements, by any means whatsoever, is prohibited and constitutes infringement subject to penalties under articles L335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Use of the Service does not entail any transfer of intellectual property rights to the user.

Processing purposes. Collected data is used for managing sign-ups and user accounts, providing the KommIA SaaS service (including artificial intelligence features), managing billing and payments, customer support, improving the service and usage statistics, and complying with legal and regulatory obligations.

Retention period. Personal data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship, plus twelve (12) months to comply with legal obligations and for evidentiary purposes. Billing data is retained for ten (10) years in accordance with accounting obligations.

User rights. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act ("Loi Informatique et Libertés"), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict the processing of, and obtain the portability of your personal data. You can exercise these rights by contacting contact@kommia.com. We will respond within one (1) month. In the event of a disagreement, you may file a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
