What is KommIA?

KommIA is an AI social media manager for Instagram, in a mobile app. It suggests ideas made for your trade, writes the captions, retouches your photos, schedules your posts and suggests replies to your messages and comments. You approve everything before it goes live.

My Instagram account is a personal one. Will it work?

Yes, after a 30-second change in your settings. KommIA works with a professional account, Business or Creator, both free: you switch over in Instagram's settings. After that, connecting to KommIA takes a minute, and the video (in French) shows you every step. You can connect up to 10 accounts in the same app.

Does KommIA know my line of work?

Yes. When you start, you fill in your “My brand & AI” profile: your sector, your specialty, your offer, the way you talk and your customers (watch the video, in French). The ideas, captions and suggested replies are built on that. The app also includes tip sheets for ten sectors, with the best practices of your trade.

Will it sound like AI?

No. KommIA writes from your “My brand & AI” profile: your specialty, the way you talk, your customers. Every text can be edited, and nothing goes out until you have read it.

Can KommIA post without my approval?

No, never. KommIA suggests, you approve. No post and no reply goes out without your green light, and a scheduled post can still be edited up to the moment it goes out. The permissions requested when you connect are used only to post and reply when you decide to.

Is my Instagram data safe?

Yes. You connect your account through Meta's official login: KommIA never sees your Instagram password. The app has been approved by Meta, and the AI is not trained on your content.

Does KommIA handle videos and music?

Yes for videos: KommIA posts them and writes their caption after analyzing them. No video editing: CapCut or Edits do that very well. Music, mentions, location, stickers and polls can only be added in Instagram: KommIA copies your caption and opens the app, then you complete the post and share it (watch the demo, in French).

Is it hard to get started?

No. The app was built with its first users. Video tutorials are available on our YouTube channel (in French), and WhatsApp support answers 24 hours a day, with someone from the team when you need to go further.
